Ayantra Announces a new “Curfew” security feature for its MAT 302 series of remote asset management products

Fremont, California
Ayantra, Inc, a Fremont, California-based technology company, announced today that it has released a new “Curfew” feature for its MAT 302 series of remote asset management products. The new feature allows rental fleet and construction equipment managers to set a curfew period for their equipment. If the equipment’s engine is started, or if the equipment is moved during the curfew period, the MAT 302 detects a curfew violation and issues alert notifications to the owner and/or operator of the equipment. Alert notifications are delivered via SMS messages sent directly to cell phones, and/or as email messages. Multiple persons may be notified simultaneously. When the “Curfew” feature is set, the MAT 302 system arms and disarms itself at the same time each day. Curfew settings may be changed in real-time, at any time, from any web-enabled computer.
The new "Curfew" feature augments the MAT 302’s security capabilities, including "GeoFence", "Auto-Track," and "Live-Track" features. Ayantra clients expressed satisfaction with the enhanced security and increased flexibility provided by the new "Curfew" feature.
