Greyhound Lines places additional order with Ayantra, Inc. for vehicle security and tracking equipment

Ayantra, Inc., a California-based technology company, announced it has received additional orders for its wireless communications equipment to support a vehicle tracking and security system for Greyhound Lines.
The new order is for approximately 1,000 units. The vehicle tracking and security system enhances Greyhound’s safety capabilities, and solidifies Ayantra's further penetration of the passenger and school bus markets.
Greyhound is the largest provider of inter-city bus services in North America. According to John Branthoover, Ayantra Vice President of Business Development, "This order expands a program that started in August of 2003. It allows Greyhound to unify its remote management capabilities and improve the safety and security of its bus fleet. Greyhound is a forward-looking company that is leveraging technology to ensure the safety of the people they serve, and to better manage its fleet of equipment."
