Ayantra Inc., a Fremont, California-based technology company, announced that Hertz Equipment Rental of Canada has placed a significant order for Ayantra's MAT 301 remote asset management solution.

Hertz Equipment Rental of Canada is one of the largest equipment rental companies in North America, offering a wide variety of equipment to an extensive customer base. Seeking improved management and tracking capabilities to ensure the protection of its assets, Hertz required a solution that was both versatile and rugged enough to be used on a backhoe, a motor generator set, or an air compressor.
